Creekside Golf and Country Club Hiram, Georgia

Client: Castlebrooke Development, Llc

This 419-acre tract was surveyed and designed to accommodate an 18 hole golf course and 313 residential lots. Surveying services included boundary surveys, aerial topographic surveys, and construction staking for site construction. Design drawings included lot layout, grading and erosion control plans, sanitary sewer and storm sewer plan and profiles, and water supply design.

Ashleigh Parc Condominiums Powder Springs, Georgia

Client: Pinegrove Partners, Llc

This was a 66 unit suburban condominium project located on 14.7 acres. Surveying services included boundary and topographic surveys. All construction staking activities were provided. The design consisted of lot layout, grading and erosion control plans, sanitary sewer and storm sewer plan and profiles, road profiles, entrance plan and profiles, and hydrology studies.

Vista Lake Dallas, Georgia

Client: Marco Homes

This was a 273-acre residential development consisting of 584 units. Surveying services consisted of boundary and aerial topographic surveys. Construction staking activities were provided. The design consisted of lot layout, grading and erosion control plans, storm sewer and sanitary sewer layout, road profiles, and water supply design.

Highway 278 Sanitary Force Main Design Dallas, Georgia

Client: Marco Homes

This project was designed for the purpose of providing sanitary sewer to the Pumkinvine river basin at highway 278. Services included locating all rights-of-way, asbuilt surveys of all affected parcels, highway location, and plans for approval by the City of Dallas and the Georgia Department of Transportation. All necessary construction staking activities were provided.

Campbell Stone Assisted Living Atlanta, Georgia

Client: Campbell Stone, Lp

An ALTA/ASCM LAND TITLE SURVEY was provided on this 3.7 acres high-rise assisted living project. The work consisted of extensive deed research, boundary and improvement location, and air rights determination.

Lots 2, 3, & 4 South Forsyth Commerce Center Cumming, Georgia

Client: Tac Grasslands, Llc

An ALTA/ASCM LAND TITLE SURVEY was provided on this 6.19 acre retail and commercial center. Extensive deed research was performed, along with field location of improvements and easements. An ALTA/ASCM LAND TITLE SURVEY plat was provided.

Fast Trac Car Wash Marietta, Georgia

Client: J & H Property Leasing, Llc

Surveying services were provided to convert this convenient store/dry cleaner's site to an automatic car wash facility. Services included original boundary surveys and plats, topographic surveys, Rights-of-way swapping surveys, Lot combination surveys, and ALTA/ACSM final survey. All construction staking services and asbuilts were provided.

Shiloh Hills Baptist Church Marietta, Georgia

Client: Shiloh Hills Baptist Church

This project consisted of parking lot expansion and detention facility design for future expansion of church facilities. Services provided included boundary and topographic surveys, tree surveys, and improvement locations. Design drawings consisted of parking lot design, detention pond design, grading and erosion control plans, tree protection plans, storm sewer design, and hydrology study.

Adams Crossing Atlanta, Georgia

Client: Brock Built

This was a project consisting of converting existing street conditions to a new subdivision design. Existing streets, along with new proposed streets, were designed to provide 104 in-town living units. Surveying services included boundary and topographic surveys, utility locations, and road locations. Design drawings consisted of lot layout, grading and erosion control plans, sanitary sewer and storm sewer plans and profile, tree protection plan, and hydrology studies.

Mayes Ward-dobbins Macland Chapel Marietta, Georgia

Client: Mayes Ward-dobbins Funeral Home

This 7.7-acre site was designed for the purpose of operating a new funeral home. Surveying services consisted of boundary and topographic surveys, sanitary sewer feasibility surveys, and GIS tie. Design drawings consisted of site layout, grading and erosion control plans, utility plan, tree protection plan, hydrology study, and driveway plan for the Georgia Department of Transportation. A septic plan was also provided for the Cobb County Health Department. All construction staking services were provided.
